Pleasant location (fantastic sea view) top-notch kitchen and bathrooms. Only very black and recurring point: the sofa bed from another age, unbelievable that an owner treats his tenants like this! What is he waiting for to correct this last defect? Air conditioning would be welcome (heat waves!)

The location of the apartment is exceptionally good. From the large terrace you have a wonderful view (180 degrees) of the sea and the coast. A very clean sandy beach is only about 200 meters away and easily accessible on foot. The apartment is pleasantly quiet.

Apartment well appointed and maintained and clean. It is spacious for 2 people with a generous terrace which offers a breathtaking view of the sea. Numbered space for the car and sheltered from the sun. Very close to the beach with shops 5 mins walk and 15 mins walk to downtown Cavalaire. We will gladly rent this apartment again!

Large well-equipped accommodation with a large terrace, close to the beach. However, the building is a bit outdated, no internet connection and no air conditioning.

The apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival. The view from the terrace is very nice as in the pictures. Unfortunately, the washing machine was still broken, as was the case last year. The sofa in the living room needs to be replaced, as well as some kitchen appliances, for example the stove. But as I said, the beautiful view helps to look away over some things.
