Les Vignes Cavalaire, Provence-Alps-French Riviera

The terrace is stifling and there is no parasol. The pots and pans were stained with grease (one owner told me that tenants last year went to buy new ones because of how dirty they were). The hood filter is saturated with dust. For 4 years it has been mentioned that the sofa bed is uncomfortable, but it is always the same! There is no outside light. Fortunately the agency is responsive and the condominium is very pleasant and well located.

Small pleasant studio and terrace, parking, close to the beach but a big flaw: the sofa bed which despite the various comments over several years is still very uncomfortable. Shame...

Lack of comfort with absence of light outside and on the ceiling inside. Some electrical problems with the electrical system which cuts out when the two plates heat up strongly. Sofa bed not comfortable. The positive points are the air conditioning, the parking lot, the terrace and the location.

Cleanliness inside cupboards and insufficient floor. Cleaning price very excessive and poorly done. Lack of dishes (no water glasses), we had to buy some! Very uncomfortable sofa bed for the night (noisy as soon as you move, mattress too thin). There is no room (title above)

Small pleasant studio, nice decoration, large bathroom, kitchen corner, a little poky and squeaky bedding. The plus, the reserved parking space which is necessary in Cavalaire. I have stayed there many times and will return.
