Bedroom with a perfect 160 Terrace for an aperitif! Shower room with washing machine very practical. Very appreciable Garage box. BUT busy street at the bottom of the building .... you get used to it! Because air conditioning and thick windows. TO WATCH cleanliness of the bath mat, stains on duvet and dusty corners ... housekeeping to check

Apartment: very well laid out, good location and beautiful view, equipment provided very well (even a little too much), The garage in the basement is a plus (by maneuvering a little you can put a 5008 in reverse, there is protection placed on the walls) very good stay overall For the noise: there is a speed bump just under the balcony and the vehicles with trailers or dump trucks + tools pass too quickly and make a lot of noise, then there are the two wheels with the exhaust pipes

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the beach and the city center and has everything you need for a good stay. The view is superb. The air conditioning and the blind are a real plus in the summer season. Lots of traffic during the day but quieter at night. You should not have too big a vehicle for the garage and the climb to access it is quite steep but this one remains particularly appreciable.
