Location is ideal, cleanliness could be improved. Entrance door should be cleaned.

Apartment well located facing the sea. On the other hand, lack of equipment: No elevator, no microwave, no washing machine, no dishwasher, no air conditioning and cramped parking space

Apartment very well located and well equipped, close to shops and beaches.

We had already rented it last October (2021). This year in May it was warmer, so at night forced to sleep with the window open, there is no air conditioning in the bedroom, not to mention the cars, motorcycles, trucks that pass from 5:30 a.m. until after midnight. With the window open it's just not possible, otherwise no dishwasher or microwave, but it's manageable. Good luck for this summer. EXCEPTIONAL SITUATION

Apartment very well located halfway to the beautiful beach of the City Center and the restaurants and shops. Small downside, access by an outside staircase (not mentioned in the description) which, for people prone to vertigo, can cause problems with each trip... .

beautiful location, correct apartment but basic in terms of equipment; I regretted the absence of a sofa; for the rest nothing to say, everything is clean and in good condition

very nice apartment lacks a microwave (in 2021) the dishwasher would be a plus, but not essential than the microwave, everything else correct, we will rent again as soon as possible

Well designed apartment, beautiful view. It would just be necessary to add air conditioning, because in hot weather it would be welcome.

Superb view location although very well located the place is a bit noisy but out of season it is acceptable!
