Very well located apartment, facing the beaches and 5 minutes from the city center. Large terrace, not overlooked and facing the sea. Narrow but functional garage. Really perfect location to enjoy the charm of Cavalaire.

The view is spectacular, but the rental is small. It is just for 2, because storage is scarce. The absence of a washing machine remains a major concern, because the laundromat is not always free. The refrigerator is also small and there is no freezer. Be careful in the garage, unless you have a very small car it is impossible to park and be able to get out. In short, everything is small.
