Castel Haussmann Apartment 2 Cavalaire, Provence-Alps-French Riviera

In July we (mother & 16 year old daughter) spent 2 weeks in this cozy holiday apartment with 2 wonderful terraces, with panoramic views of the sea - quiet, well maintained, well equipped except for a broken deck chair that should be replaced soon. The villa is idyllically located in a very well-kept neighborhood, beautiful gardens, shady trees - including a pool.

...in Cavalaire. We were lucky that there were hardly any other holiday guests in the house and it was therefore very quiet. We can't judge what it looks like in the high season. Thank your for the nice vacation.

The apartment is under the roof and has two great terraces on two sides, so you can always have shade or sun and also be protected from the wind. The furnishings are functional and comfortable. The kitchen equipment is very good. WiFi very stable. The best thing is of course the fantastic view in all directions. Please note: 66 steps are certainly not suitable for everyone. The mattress is quite hard. It can also get very hot under the roof in the summer.

If they didn't already exist, the apartment would have to be invented. Dream view of the city and the bay of Cavalaire, east-facing breakfast terrace and evening terrace to enjoy. Only a few minutes to the beach, gigantic pool, still open even in October. A dream for two.

The cleanliness was unfortunately a big issue: in the kitchen there were a lot of black hairs on the surfaces and the dishes and cutlery were not clean (despite a good dishwasher). The bed was covered with an unclean mattress protector with hair and dirt particles stuck to it. The bathroom was not cleaned satisfactorily either. In the toilet there were two fixed cleaning deposits, one of which was empty. In itself we found a satisfactory infrastructure and then spent a relaxing 14 days.

Apartment well located, quiet, enjoying a beautiful view, with a very large swimming pool. However, it lacks a fan for the hot weather because the apartment is not air conditioned.

If you live on the top floor of Castel Haussmann, you feel a little closer to heaven. Especially since you can enjoy the best views of both the Bay of Cavalaire and the hills towards the hinterland from one of the two spacious terraces. The well-kept wooden floor makes the apartment appear even more comfortable than it already is. The furniture and the kitchen are simply but tastefully put together. The tranquility of the surroundings and of course the large pool invite you to relax.

The apartment conforms to the description, crossing with its 2 balconies and the very clean swimming pool, it's class! It would be just good to check the password for the internet connection because it does not work. There is a parking space with gate, the center and the sea are quite accessible on foot, nickel.
