Set just a three-minute walk from Palais des Festivals, and with the Rue d’Antibes shopping scene right on your doorstep, this smart bolthole is as central as it gets. A great option for a small family or close-knit friends sharing, the apartment has been cleverly designed to make the most of the studio space. There’s a sofa-bed in the living room for a more flexible sleeping set-up, and a handy kitchenette to rustle up lighter bites. And it’s all flooded with natural light thanks to the original, dual-aspect Juliet balcony windows.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. It’s also worth noting that there won’t be room for you to all sit around the bistro table.
*If you’re travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair on request in advance.
*The main bedroom has internal windows and is semi-open to the living area, so privacy is limited at full occupancy.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob and a microwave. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the bistro table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
