This modern home is in the perfect location for exploring Cannes – just a fifteen-minute walk from the famous Croisette and the beach. While the interior spaces don't have a lot going for them, the south-facing garden and large first-floor terrace are the real highlights. Bordered by lush greenery, there are plenty of spots to unwind outside, and there's ample room at the large outdoor dining table for entertaining friends or family – for added convenience, there's a supermarket just down the road where you can grab barbecue supplies. And with easy access to public transport, it's possible to see more of the French Riviera's sights.

*Parking is available for up to two cars, including one small, on the premises. There is also free parking on the street.
*This home includes the services of a pool attendant and a gardener who come once a week (the gardener on a Wednesday afternoon).
