Right in the heart of Cannes’ Carre d’Or, this apartment is all about location (the kind where you barely need Google Maps). The Crosiette, beaches and Palais des Festivals are just a short five-minute stroll away, with Rue d’Antibes for shopping and Rue Hoche for cafes practically on your doorstep. Inside, it’s bright, modern and a calm break from the buzz, with three comfortable bedrooms and a light-filled living area for cosy evenings in. There’s also a private balcony for coffee, sundowners... or a bit of people-watching. The train station is just around the corner too, making day trips along the Riviera easy.

Home truths:
*The apartment is located on the second floor, via stairs only. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.

*One of the bedrooms has two single beds that can be joined to make a queen or kept as singles.

*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.

*There is paid parking available 30 metres from the apartment. Parking in Cannes can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.

*Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
