Many defects in the house. Bathroom was not usable upstairs. No shower curtain everything flooded bathroom wet for 2 days. Reported at the reception nothing was done about it 2 weeks with 4 people had to use small bathroom downstairs. Not everything present in the house that was on the list. Such as dryer and bbq we had to buy that ourselves. After 11 days they came with a rusted bbq. Swimming pool only cleaned once instead of twice.

Cottage for 8p. only 6 chairs at the table had to use garden chairs but also too small table. Glass shelves of fridge were missing. Bath could not be closed. Only solved on the penultimate day, no shower hose at the bath. Could be paid for cleaning, but not even clean on arrival (no dust removed, mold and spots in fridge)

I don't regret having gone through interchalet it was the first time and I think for my summer holidays I will go through interchalet again. Because I like the idea of the site which is a number that you can call for any information instead of just an email address. And the people on the phone are very nice. And everything that was said over the phone went exactly like that and the vacation spot was very good, I don't regret it, we enjoyed it as a family.
