Dirty apartment despite post-cleaning. The bathroom was particularly dirty. The closet was stuffed so that there was hardly any space for our things. The sofa cover was stained. The fridge and the coffee maker had obviously not been cleaned for a long time. However, the view was great!

3 room house, and 1 fan, in 1 bedroom. No curtains, just shut the sun out with an iron roller shutter. That means: sitting inside in the dark. Outside too hot!

EXCEPTIONAL view. Awesome location. Apartment in need of a good refresh. Air conditioning would be welcome. White round table on the balcony: a “ruin”: please change! The common areas also need a bit of a refresh. Very AVERAGE household. Ants even in the dishwasher! Disappointed with housekeeping. Close to shops, good environment.

The description of the accommodation is 100% correct. There were two of us there at Easter 2019 for 7 nights. The terrace offers enough space and is quite sheltered from the wind. Even the double bedroom has a glass door! In Narbonne-Plage you can't live more directly by the sea and the "City ;)". Kitchen utensils are plentiful and the appliances are up to date.
