Maison des Pins Parasol

The house offers plenty of space, is well-equipped, and has a good room layout. It's in a quiet location, but the beach and all shops are within walking distance. A particular plus is the opening conservatory. Overall, highly recommended!

Price justified by the size of the house as well as the location (residential area, close to the beach). However, partial cleaning on arrival, garage not accessible (advertisement actually mentioning a parking space but photo of the house with its garage, is confusing), two fans to cool a 160m2 house, the air conditioning panels did not work, torn shower curtain, washing machine more than old, paid wifi at 6h/day (advertised but still..)

A wonderfully large house for a holiday. Everything is within walking distance: the sea, the bakery, the boulevard... Highly recommended. We were there with two families.

The house truly offers space and amenities for 8 people. Unfortunately, the beds were too uncomfortable for our needs: too narrow, too short, too hard, and too low for older people. We also didn't find the large, fully synthetic blankets comfortable. It was a good thing we brought our own pillows and blankets—highly recommended!

Spacious and bright house.

Very nice house, well laid out. One small downside is that it lacks air conditioning.

Good beach location. Extremely well-equipped kitchen for us. Winter garden great in bad weather. No information about waste separation in the holiday property. A few steps to the entrance, 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom on the first floor. Step to the winter garden. The house has a nice room layout. All in all a great house and recommendable.
