The apartment is very well located: the beach next door, the magnificent Massif de la Clape nearby. It is very convenient to have a parking lot (difficult to park in August) and a garden. The point of improvement is at the level of the beds: the bed really deserves to be changed, low and thin mattress (therefore hard). It's nice to have a garden but some elements to enjoy it (armchair or deck chair) would be nice.

This rental needs a little renovation, eg: very tired blind, not enough storage in the bathroom, eg: 1 coat rack for 4, otherwise the location is not too bad, quite quiet and everything near the beach on foot.

Or it will allow 2 couples to sleep in the accommodation. Returning the keys to the agency between 9 am and 10 am is very early for a stay at 120€ per night. It would be nice to shift to 11 a.m. or noon like everywhere else.
