The apartment certainly appeals with its location and private parking in front of the building. Unfortunately, it's extremely dated and extremely dirty. It smells musty, not to mention the stench in the toilet, which seemed like it was from the 1950s. The mattress protector was covered in black hair, the crib was rusting, and the coffee table was broken. One balcony was overgrown with weeds. After a 14-hour drive, we needed to do a thorough cleaning.

At the level of the apartment it is ideally placed ..!! But the only problem is the somewhat aging equipment like the induction hob which no longer wants to turn off..!! A lack of fan too..!! Other than that we were fine thank you

Very satisfied with our stay. Spacious, well-equipped (dishwasher) and comfortable apartment. Direct access to the beach and terrace with a beautiful view of the Grazel pond. All for a competitive price. If you really have to find negative points: - unlike the other rooms, the bunk room is tiny (but sufficient for sleeping). - a toaster, a hair dryer and a bath mat would be appreciated - the set of blankets could be renewed

What the French expect of their guests is an impertinence. Designating a room with a bunk bed as a SZ spoiled our whole holiday. Otherwise Gruissan is my vacation spot and I'll be back.
