Very nice location, however, it would lack air conditioning (or a fan) for the upstairs bedroom because we could not sleep there because of the heat. However, we had a great vacation.

Heat in apartment horrible 30 degrees in the evening, shower leaks, brush to clean barbecue was full of hairs, housekeeping was critical when we arrived, no vacuum cleaner to suck up the sand, mops were black and stinky, the Bedside lamp sockets do not work. No one to accompany us to the rental and make an inventory. We had to cut our stay short. Positive point the owner brought us fans because we have a baby.

Average rental in general On the other hand top location because many local shops to do on foot and clean and maintained swimming pool. Too close to a busy avenue and the fire station opposite which gives a "noisy" location. Exterior too enclosed

The house itself is as advertised and functional. 2 big downsides however: The floor was dirty and sticky when we arrived, the mop was black with dirt and a lot of dust in many places. The exact location not being on the announcement, we had the unpleasant surprise of finding ourselves in front of the fire brigade and a noisy and very busy road.

Plus point: TV size, real freezer, real dining room, coffee table, bedding quality, location (quiet and out of sight). Point -: approximate cleaning, old-fashioned and downgraded (bathroom cabinet, gas cooker, shower head, kitchen furniture, bedroom storage), no basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) no tourist documentation (flyers, maps, walk descriptions, ...), no soul...
