Compared to the accommodations offered in Gruissan, this is a fairly good accommodation, even if there are a few things to criticize. One of these is that WiFi is expensive (€6 per day). The apartment is not air-conditioned when the temperatures are high in summer. There is no secure parking and you have to park your vehicle outside in public parking spaces. The cleanliness left something to be desired. Very good location.

Large apartment with a magnificent view of the Grazel pond from the large terrace. Swimming pool of the residence and beach at the bottom of the building. Calm. On the other hand in full sun in summer, it heats up in the morning and at noon, in the evening terrace at the top.

+ good location directly on the sandy beach + large terrace with roof terrace - apartment was not clean on arrival ...
