Apart from the view which is nice and the spacious terrace, the equipment of the apartment is outdated, mismatched and insufficient. The maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation were questionable. Highlight of the stay: a pestilential and nauseating smell coming from the accommodation on the same landing (noticed for a few years). In summary, despite the potential, rental to avoid: unsuitable value for money.

Strengths: The location is ideal, the environment is quiet. Games for children just opposite. Very nice restaurants at the bottom of the residence. Functional apartment. Cons: The apartment was not clean when we arrived. A rather unpleasant smell persists in the common areas. The neighbor upstairs doesn't like the smell of plancha on the balcony and lets it be known...
