The apartment is pleasant to live in, 5 minutes from Rue Gambetta and the beaches. The household appliances/TV are modern and the kitchen well-stocked. The street is noisy during the day but you can sleep with the window open without any problem. The parking space is a plus. Some advice: a little too much furniture in the apartment, leave room for vacationers' belongings. And the Asian decor, you have to get used to it, it's a shame for a rental in the Basque country, but it's a matter of personal taste.
