Villa Marine Mimizan, Nouvelle-Aquitaine

Very spacious, large double garage in the basement. On the first floor there is a huge living room, large kitchen, well equipped with a view of the dunes and you can also see a bit of the sea. The terrace looks south onto the neighboring houses. A total of three bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. From one bedroom you can see the sea and the beach. The house is spacious enough for 6 people.

We spent two weeks in this wonderful house. It is very well equipped and has a fantastic location.

beautiful quiet location in November of course. beautiful pleasant house and the agency and the owner a responsiveness never seen. hot water failure the evening the next morning cumulus repaired and a bottle of wine offered bravo and thank you again

The house is very large and tastefully furnished for 2 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Our car was well protected in the large garage (heat!). Unfortunately, the washing machine was a very old model and took a lot of getting used to. We were very satisfied and have booked this house again in advance for next year.

Wonderful house close to the beach

Good location but a bit noisy. Unfortunately not a nice view. Kitchen equipment could be better given the price.

House very pleasant to live in and very well located (2 steps from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the center). Comfortable bedding. Welcoming animals, which is now rare.

The house is large and very nicely furnished. Both inside and outside you can stay very well. Everything was clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is also very well equipped.

Beautiful, super well located house, well equipped. Very nice people when handing over the keys, available for our questions and concerns. Our friends have already booked it for next year.

Highly unusual for us to go back to the same place, let alone the same house twice, however this is the second time we’ve stayed at Villa Marine. For a family of 5 it’s the perfect beach house; great location with the beach immediately across the road, close enough to the town centre to walk in and get ice creams etc for the children yet far enough away to be relatively quiet. The house it’s self is really well set up for a beach house, 3 bathrooms, great communal spaces.

Very spacious and well-equipped house in a prime location, directly on the south beach of the bathing resort of Mimizan-Plage, which is rightly famous for its beaches. The "centre" of the town with shops and numerous restaurants can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, but there are also a few restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The room layout is not only suitable for families with older children, but also for groups of friends. Dogs are allowed and feel comfortable.

The house offers enough space for pure relaxation even in bad weather. Its beachfront location makes it an ideal base. The odor emissions from the paper mill are somewhat disturbing, but only occur when there is wind from the land.

Large and friendly well-equipped house! Ideal location with a beautiful view! Impeccably clean, lots of dishes available. Well soundproofed. 3 beautiful bedrooms each with a bathroom. Large terrace and double garage in the basement.

Very nice rental, well located but very unpleasant sewage smells from the closed room, moreover noted by the team who came to change the vmc 4 days later, following the main circuit breaker which kept jumping as soon as we arrived. I researched by myself where the power cuts come from so that we can have electricity since. Spotlight above the shower not up to electrical standards. In case of wind, impossible to sleep, the tiles move and slam.

Was there more often, it remains a great house even if it is slowly getting on in years. A few cosmetic repairs are needed if you want to keep the price. Mattresses have been renewed. Couch meanwhile somewhat worn. Dining chairs continue to be uncomfortable. Unfortunately, since the change to Interhome, no more fixed textile non-slip bathroom rugs. Only styleless disposable flaps. Tiles in the bathroom very slippery after showering/bathing. Cleaning was also better. Otherwise GREAT.

Great location, right on the beach! With children and dogs, just perfect.

Very nice location, only downside, strong smell of sewage after the evening shower, through the condemned door. (Wastewater evacuation problem)
