We've been going to this house for four years, enjoying it and living it up. It's very well located, close to the beach, the forest, and the lively streets of Mimizan Plage. It's very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Its porch and garden are a plus; we'll definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location in the village, with enclosed garden. The shared access with the adjacent house to the plot is a disadvantage. Kitchen is well equipped with inventory. House is cold and moisture quickly enters (in the evening the beds are good and clammy if you do not close the windows) Advantage is the location, there is a bakery on the corner, the supermarket and shops are within walking distance, beach a few hundred meters away.

It was central, clean and had everything you needed. Would book it again.

This is the third time we have stayed in this house. It is very well equipped, in a quiet area but close to the beach and the centre of Mimizan plage. The garden and the porch are a plus. We will continue to stay in this wonderful house.

Very clean with a recently renovated bathroom and kitchen. Garden and porch very nice and sheltered. Very quiet area, but close to the beach and the shopping street. Highly recommended.

Basically a nice house; but it definitely lacked air conditioning, which could have been done without the heaters. When the wind blows from the southeast, the odors from the paper mill become very noticeable and unpleasant. We also had bad luck with the forest fires... In the end, the ants overwhelmed us, even in the bedroom and in bed... In summary: 14 days for well over €2000 - the price-performance ratio is not right here.

Washing machine does not work properly. Service personnel come unannounced and without introducing themselves to the premises.

Key handover was easy. The location of the house to the center and to the beach can be easily reached in a few minutes on foot. The garden is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and flowers and lots of lawn. The house is fine, everything you need is there. It's just a bit dusty and has a lot of cobwebs, in our opinion it's only been superficially cleaned.

Old house, needs a complete refresh. Cleaning not done on our arrival cobwebs dust and house that smells of confinement. No television for 2 weeks because invalid card.

Well appointed house with lots of storage, 2 decent bedrooms: a large and a smaller one with 2 single beds that we have pushed together because the mattress of the large one is at the end of its life, beware of those with back problems. Very pleasant house and you don't miss anything, everything is there (even a sharpener built into the cutting board!) very pleasant and sunny kitchen all day + direct access to the terrace. Nice volume of the living room. The must: the green garden! (rare).

House was practically furnished, kitchen was well stocked. Clean and orderly. Good location, you are quickly in the center, but you don't notice the hustle and bustle at night. Quiet location, ideal for a relaxed and quiet beach holiday.

The holiday in Mimizan-Plage was great! house is clean! Kitchen has everything you need except for an oven! We are very satisfied!

A few negative points (the armchairs are not suitable for relaxation and have to be completely changed) but overall everything else is good.
