Very good, spacious apartment with 2 balconies, the larger one directly facing the sea, the smaller one at the back for breakfast in the morning sun. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven. Washing machine in the bathroom. Well-kept ambience. TV with (almost) all channels (ARD+ZDF). 10 minutes walk to town and shopping

Apartment taken over in a dirty condition. Fridge dirty, not defrosted, leftover food from the previous occupant in the fridge, sea view restricted by balcony window boarded up with cardboard. Sand on chairs and sofas.

Apartment very well located to avoid having to take the car to go to the beach. You can go out with just your swimsuit and towel and in 1 minute you are on the beach. We would have liked the Wi-Fi to have been free, since with 2 teenagers the roaming data flew :--( But the house is very good, with everything you need to be able to stay without throwing anything less.

Beautiful apartment very well located with all comforts

Low sea view, construction site right next to the house, renovation work in the house, very bad smell again and again from the nearby paper factory, very touristy, only suitable for families with children for a beach holiday, no sights nearby, a lot of things left behind in the apartment, will not disposed , very friendly locals

Very good apartment in a great location just opposite the beach. Well maintained, with good facilities (except for the missing salad bowl(s) and a decrepit oven). Sanitary facilities maintained in the French standard. Will be back!

For a moment of rest in the middle of April! Just what was needed! Everything was in order. Home really at the top!

Very friendly and organized reception. State of the apartment very correct and pleasant. Good and warm welcome from the managers. I recommend this rental, both for the place and for the welcome.

Unfortunately, the blind from the small window (facing south) was broken and could not be lowered. The large window front in the living area was also very difficult to operate, it was not possible to lock it. The storage room door was hanging off its hinges. The location is great, nice roommates and always the sea in the ear. The stairs to the apartment are only recommended to a limited extent for people with disabilities, senior citizens and bulky objects. 2 platforms in between would help a lot.

The apartment is tidy as always and since we have been here for the 3rd time, the folding sofa in the living room is still in the same bad condition as the first time. In the meantime, the staff in the travel agency has changed, but the friendly, helpful cordiality has not given way. We are already looking forward to our next holiday in 2022 in Mimizan Plage.

Marvellous ! Magnificent ocean view! The apartment is modern and in harmony with the colors of the ocean: decoration in different shades of blue and sand..., what a marvel! We feel peaceful! In addition it is well equipped: dishwasher and washing machine. Plus, two terraces: one facing the ocean and another more sheltered, to the east. Only one negative point: on the seafront, when you care about your car, it is better to park it a few hundred meters away from the ocean!!!!

Large, spacious accommodation, unfortunately not very clean, as the final cleaning was rushed and delayed and the previous tenants did not take their duties (cleaning the dishes and fridge) very seriously. Equipment good, mattresses could be harder, very good location to the sea and great sea view. For sea lovers, the noise is always heard. WiFi extremely expensive. Balcony furniture is clearly in need of improvement. Spartan lounge chair, rickety table and uncomfortable chairs. Bad odor in east wind.

We were very satisfied, nice location, quite clean and good infrastructure. Thanks to the 2 balconies, both morning and evening sun. Relatively expensive.

The apartment is in good condition. But some things are getting old. The 2-seater sofa bed in the living room is worn out, a slatted frame is bent and a slat is missing. The sliding doors of the closets squeak when opening and closing and in the gutter at the back flowers are already growing so that when it rains it rains on the balcony (floor covering torn). The tour guide on site is as always TOP, XXX in the house too.

Nice little apartment for a few days break with excellent sea views. Generally a peaceful location and not too far to walk into the center of town. We would go back for another short break.

Super located apartment (next to the beach in a quiet area and a few minutes walk from the center). Large balcony overlooking the ocean and beautiful sunsets.
