This house was perfect for our 2 week stay in Mimizan (parents and 2 teenage daughters). It has everything you need and is furnished and decorated very nicely - a seaside feel. It’s less than 15 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins to all the shops and restaurants. We generally headed to L’Especier beach which is gorgeous and only a 10-15 min by car. Wonderful cycle paths to the Lac and Contis as well.

We had a lovely stay in this holiday home. The house is well laid out, everything is very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen in particular has everything you need for everyday use. The house is about 10-15 minutes from the town and the beach. It is also not far from the agency. We would definitely book this house again, clear recommendation.

The apartment was very new and therefore nice and clean. It is very well furnished with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A starter set with dishwashing liquid, cloths, etc. makes it easier to arrive and the first few days. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the village center and about 10-15 minutes to the beach. The area is very quiet and safe. We liked it a lot.
