Quiet, near bike paths and the forest. Very clean and sufficient dishes. Good bedding. On the other hand, on arrival there was a strong smell of pipes. Washing machine old but working. Small bathroom.

Oyan Aldo is a very nice little house with a completely fenced property. In the garden there is a frame for a swing or similar. Parking is available on the property. The garden gate leads almost directly to the cycle path, so Mimizan Plage but also Mimizan-Bourg is very easy to reach. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach or to the city! Very good facilities in the house (kitchen utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, grill, storage shed, etc.. We'd love to come back!

Everything is there: calm comfort near beaches and pine forests, 20 minutes walk from the seaside resort of Mimizan Plage. For doggies a small area for sunbathing and playing with pine cones. Very clean accommodation, nothing is missing in the kitchen. The bathroom is a sauna so it is good there. Please note that it is so good to live there that this isolated house, far from the hustle and bustle of holidaymakers, is rented out a year in advance. We will return in the off season.

The house has everything necessary for a good stay in Mimizan, the problem is air pollution due to the paper mill carried by the wind to the house and the beach. It's really a pity!

This house is suitable for those looking for calm near the ocean. There is everything you need in terms of equipment, nothing is missing. Cleanliness is also on point.

The rental of this villa for 15 days was in accordance with our request. Pleasant location, nothing was missing. We found a clean and functional villa. The garden is natural, the terrace protects well from the heat. In this month of September, the environment was calm and restful. The only negative point: the electrical cabinet is installed in one of the bedrooms and not in the hallway as is usual.

The house was very practical and sufficient for our vacation rental, it lacks nothing, about 15 minutes walk from the beach and the city center.
