L'Oustalet Apartment 2 Mimizan, Nouvelle-Aquitaine

Positive: Excellent sea view, short walk to the beach, well-equipped kitchen, ideal location for running errands and going to restaurants without a car. Negative: For those who like it, mattress in the double bed is rock hard, music from the disco every day from midnight until the early hours, including shouting teenagers on the way home, table on the balcony could be bigger to allow for good food. Elevator will probably never be put back into operation.

A very pleasant stay in this tastefully renovated accommodation. Simple and bright, it is very well equipped (household appliances, dishes, comfortable sofa, 160 cm bed, etc.) and benefits from a superb view of the ocean and the sunset. The rooms are spacious and equipped with practical storage. We put the car down and enjoy on foot and by bike. Private parking space (unsheltered but right in the center, electric gate) and box for bicycles or surfboards... reserved for the apartment.

Charming apartment well appointed with everything you need. The agency had everything ready and the apartment was clean. The view is magnificent and the sunsets splendid. A parking space is provided, and allows you to leave the car and move on foot from the apartment which is ideally located. Just a small downside, the front door of the apartment is full of rust on the outside and we regret (for the suitcases) that the elevator is not functional.

This apartment is right on the beach do the location was great. Only issue for future bookers is that the lift does not work and looks like it has not worked for a long time and this apartment is on the second floor

You can do everything on foot and enjoy the ocean view. Top! Ideal for 3. The apartments are not well soundproofed and you can hear what is happening outside. For cleaning, it is the minimum that is achieved, so that at first sight, it seems clean. To be improved... And yes, the cupboards in the bedrooms and in the kitchen can be cleaned too! The tank of the vacuum cleaner can be emptied... A slat of the small bed is missing. The rusty metal elements are to be changed (bathroom trash can, toilet board).

Very good location. Beach, restaurants and shops within 100 meters. Good sea view. Music can be heard in the evening.

Very nice place with all amenities. Relaxing place (out of season). Magnificent view. Shower/bath curtains the bottom is dirty. Bath too high difficult for senior to climb in.

Clean and functional apartment. Great view. We will surely come back but not in the middle of summer. The rooms overlook the outside staircase so beware of noise.
