Les Mouettes

Perfect location with sea views and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is generously equipped, and the dining table in the living room offers plenty of space. Unfortunately, there were only cheap plastic loungers, some of which were already broken. The outdoor shower was also broken and unusable. A lampshade was missing from the living room. Despite the minor flaws, it was a very nice vacation.

Very pretty chalet right on the beach. Great view of the sea and the dunes. Quiet location and just a stone's throw from the lively center.

The location and view from the house is wonderful. It is well equipped and has everything you need! Very nice encounter with Interhome on site, with a small damage that was immediately repaired. In February you have peace and quiet in Mimizan-Plage and we were able to enjoy long walks with our dog... only when the wind comes from the land does there have a disgusting smell from the nearby paper factory... Otherwise highly recommended

We stayed at this house for the third time in six years. The location is fantastic and the view is gorgeous! But except the replaced washing machine there have been no single maintenance measures or investments taken place in the house. The outside shower is broken, the furniture (especially in the kitchen) is fairly old and rickety, the look from the front door broke down in the first week, the aged alarm system went off three times during our stay, the balcony railing partly swings back+forth

Good overall performance despite equipment that sometimes leaves something to be desired. In the kitchen in particular, the utensils and dishes (pots and pans) are of very poor quality. The location is ideal north of Mimizan with a marvelous view of the ocean. Very rejuvenating! Some devices such as DVD player and TV on the ground floor do not work. Highly positive general rating!

Superbly decorated and practical house. Ideal location, facing the beach and tranquility due to the fact that it is at the end of a dead end. The city offers all the facilities, shops, restaurants,...

The house is very beautiful with the bedrooms downstairs and the living room upstairs. The proximity to the beach is a real plus. The beach is very wide and the sunsets breathtaking. Nevertheless the living room is smaller than what the photos show, and we had a problem with the water heater which worried us during our stay.

Very cozy cottage with everything you need and even a little more. Good room layout and very comfortable. The agency does a very good job.

Feet in the water, the location of the house is perfect. The house is very beautiful and well appointed. The living room is superb, the view of the ocean or the dunes from the kitchen is magnificent.

Beautiful house very well equipped in which we felt good from the first day. Breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets. Perfect location, quiet, at the foot of the ocean and the dunes and the forest just behind. We left with regret and we will return with the greatest pleasure. Well appointed and pleasant house with beautiful view of the ocean

very pleasant house, well equipped, spacious with a breathtaking view. Very well located in a quiet area and 2 steps from the beach which is very significant. Also close to the city center easily accessible on foot.

We were looking for a house that was a little off the beaten track but still close to the sea. We found that. It is (unfortunately) at a "crossroads" - but the sea is only a few meters away. The only downside was the stench of the paper mill when the wind was unfavorable.

It was a wonderful holiday in a great house with a fantastic sea view and very good facilities. Thank you to the owners! The next stay is already booked!

Had a great week in les Mouettes, Mimizan. The house is very nice and modern and fully equipped. The view from the terrace on the Atlantic Ocean is beautiful!!! Completely satisfied and will definitely do it again!

The view of the Atlantic from the terrace is unique. The equipment in the kitchen, on the other hand, is only satisfactory, for example there are only 4 large plates and there is no grill. The seating on the terrace is uncomfortable, cheap plastic chairs and loungers without cushions. For the rental price you can expect better.
