Les Gourbets Apartment 3 Mimizan, Nouvelle-Aquitaine

Residence very well located facing the sea, still "wild" site, very good staff

Never disappointed by this rental, its view of the ocean and the great kindness of the team that welcomed us, H. and C., who took great care of us throughout our stay.

The location on the seafront is perfect, we enjoy the spectacle of the ocean! The apartment is very nice and very clean, well equipped. The person at the reception is very warm, very pleasant and adapts to our needs (handing over of keys, time of departure…) Private parking is at our disposal, which I appreciate very much. Only downside: no wifi inside the residence. But the whole is superb!!!

It is true that this second building in the gourbets is in better condition than the old ones...better soundproofed than the others, covered terrace is nice when it rains, but the entrance to the car park just opposite is noisy... Electricity is on the top, a wide range of crockery and cooking dishes is appreciable. Voili.

This was now our 3rd stay in Les Gourbets and as always a dream. Rooms very clean and with an unbeatable sea view. staff very nice. Surf school among us highly recommended. All in all a perfect holiday. Thanks.

A quiet corner where you let yourself be lulled by the sound of the waves. Quiet residence where it is good to rest ...

Good value for money: aging residence, too bad! Little maintenance work! On the other hand the reception is at the top.

Beautiful location, very good value for money even if the residence is starting to be dilapidated

The view from the large balcony was just fantastic! Fall asleep to the sound of the sea and wake up to it in the morning! The accommodation fully met our needs. The village of Mimizan with bars, restaurants and shops was within walking distance. The beach is clean and endless. In the Atlantic we were even able to go swimming at the end of September and enjoy the wonderful waves. We have already booked for next year!!!

Aging apartment, some repairs not carried out and reported for 2 years... But a breathtaking view and an appreciated calm. A charming and caring welcome...

Dream location - shock reception team, adorable, attentive and caring - apartment that is deteriorating (VMC in the kitchen unhooked, TV socket outside the wall - broken tiles - unhooked bathtub tap - mold – rust ....) pity
