The apartment is ideally located, large, well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer...). They have 2 balconies, a parking space. The bedding is comfortable and the nights are calm. We really enjoyed the sea view and the sunsets.

Entire apartment was not or only superficially cleaned. When we took over the apartment there was plenty of hair in the beds, sand on the dining table, an uncleaned floor in the kitchen area and very unclean compartments in the kitchen cupboards. Bathroom with mirror and shower as well. Whereby everyone has to pay a cleaning fee! Little storage space due to building materials and unnecessary, partially defective utensils in the closets and under the beds. Positive: Broken boiler was repaired.
