The apartment/facility was basically good, the location was excellent, central, quiet. There were some difficulties in the apartment. The beds are very small for tall people, the sofa bed for 5/6 people is a no-go. The equipment was missing things (scissors, whisk, sharp knives, storage space for food/work surface) making self-sufficiency difficult. Hooks of all kinds (for towels, clothes) were missing everywhere, but would ensure order. Costs for WIFI, TV, laundry, cleaning high

Apartment spacious and modern furnished. Nice balcony overlooking the canal. The whole area is partly in bad condition. Beach and town center are within walking distance. WLAN in the apartments, router available, access subject to a charge.
