Le Hameau des Pêcheurs Mimizan, Nouvelle-Aquitaine

The property is centrally located but still quiet. With a short walk to the Courant, beach, town and supermarket, you can get anywhere quickly. However, it is in a quiet location away from busy roads or the hustle and bustle of the town. The view of the Courant is very beautiful. Unfortunately, the kitchen facilities are not that great, so we often bring our own equipment and therefore only give it 4 instead of 5 stars. We love it and have been coming here for many years.

Location very well placed at the edge of the current and quiet.

Very nice house with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big gardens. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are ok but mattresses and duvets can be better.

Coffee maker; interior moldy dishwasher which we have not been used full of food waste unchanged grilled lamps alarm which screamed on our arrival when we passed the cleaning staff who could have changed the batteries heavy barbecue too close to the unmaintained hedge which we we could not help ourselves without risk of setting fire I warned the young person by returning the keys who did not seem interested, I have photos if you are.

A stone's throw from the north and south beaches as well as the town centre, pretty, very comfortable little house with three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. Perfect for a stay at mimizan plage. a little dated maybe, but that's just a matter of taste. The house is in a quiet area, and has a private parking space. Perfect for long evening walks. We had a very good stay

General cleaning (pretty) especially in the outdoor area would be appropriate. All devices and functional parts are OK

Very practical close to the city and shops everything can be done on foot

Spacious, well-equipped house for 6 people. With a piece of garden with a nice view. Everything available

Beautiful house with a uniquely great location right on the Courant and close to the sea. House very well furnished, nice terrace with a small beer garden, which was a bit neglected. Lots of weeds peeped through the pebbles, thick cobwebs on the ceiling and partly dried up hedges. The house itself was ok in terms of cleanliness.
