Very nice little house with a magnificent view of the stream. The only criticism I would make is the opening to the garden next to the front door which would benefit from being completely closed so that children or animals can go out.

We were in this accommodation for the first time because our previous apartment is no longer available for rent. To put it simply. The apartment definitely has a few flaws. But they are more optical and not functional. It is also difficult to see the extremely little storage space in the lower area and in the kitchen. Otherwise, a little reworking had to be done in terms of cleanliness, but as always, we simply did it ourselves. We really enjoyed the location, terrace, parking etc.

The house was in the usual condition (book the house every year). Unfortunately, not much has happened.. A renovation would be appropriate - it is now quite worn and for the expensive price you should be able to ask for a little more.. At the moment the giant stones of the Courant were laid opposite the house. The excavator starts at 7 in the morning. .Since he has to drive backwards all the time, it beeps incessantly. and you think the alarm clock is ringing.. left in front of the house there is still a construction site

After last year's evaluation, 2 chairs were removed from the house that was too full. Unfortunately, the cupboards are still equipped with 3 compartment service and glasses. All flea market junk and can be disposed of. A set of everything is enough and you have space in the cupboards for your purchases. The mattress in the double bed is new. The couch is filthy and shabby, like all the other pieces of furniture. The old Interhome employees are no longer there. It's a shame

We have already stayed at this property for the 2nd time and have currently booked it again for a 3rd time. I think that says a lot. Nevertheless, the accommodation was relatively dirty when we moved in this year and the toilets were not cleaned. We didn't complain, just cleaned and disinfected ourselves. Since the WLAN is free, there are some WLAN parasites who are in the courtyard entrance and have saved the code from last year. Tip: Please change the WiFi code annually.

Rental very well located in relation to the center and the beach and at the same time a little out of the way so quiet.

The rental is ideally located on the current of Mimizan Plage, just separated by a small path not very busy. A haven of peace, except that we had had the misfortune to come across party-loving neighbors who did not respect the tranquility of other vacationers. The two terraces are separated by a simple wooden panel, and you can hear everything that happens next. The equipment is fine, but the BBQ is a joke (too small for 2!) and the parasol was broken.

The accommodation is becoming more and more worn from year to year and one has the impression that nothing or hardly anything is being done to stop it.. The house is still too full, especially in the lower area.. (Was already communicated last year.)

Rental very well placed. Beach and shops accessible on foot. Clean house, well equipped, furniture in good condition (starting to age). Cleaning included in the rental price very well
