Grands espaces Apartment 2 Mimizan, Nouvelle-Aquitaine

We loved these 2 weeks in this apartment. The big positive point was the large balcony with a view of the ocean! We were there during the fireworks on July 14 and we were able to admire it from the balcony. The meals taken on the balcony with the splendid view of the ocean were each time a pure joy. The only small downside is that the mattress of the 2-piece bed was not great ... Changing it would not be an option. Otherwise, nothing to say for the rest.

First the positive: the check-in went smoothly and the view from the balcony was fantastically beautiful, directly on the sea. But that was it otherwise. The apartment itself is not recommended. Everything was very old and sometimes smelled unpleasant. The bed was a folding bed with an uncomfortable mattress and the apartment was otherwise carelessly furnished. You could have done so much more out of the situation. Asking extra for towels and wifi was cheeky too

Household neither done nor to be done. Furniture out of age. Bedroom bedding and sofa in the living room uncomfortable as possible. Equipment of the terrace just passable (awning and parasol out of order). There remains the view of the ocean which does not make you forget the rest. Attention, in fact, ocean side the apartment is on the 1st floor (2nd on the parking side) so given the passage little privacy on the terrace. In short: mediocre. PS: there is indeed a bicycle room contrary to the Interhome information.

The accommodation is ideally located. It contains the essentials. The sofa and the bed would nevertheless deserve to be changed. Our black point does not come from the rental but from the noise all night long from groups of young people gathered in the squares in front of the windows. The city light stays on all night.

Rental without problem, good welcome, very well located in Mimizan plage close to shops and the beach.

We have had a great time. The location of the apartment was super good, but there were small flaws in the apartment. There was no dishwasher, the balcony window did not close and therefore we always had to close the blind, one of the ceramic hob burners did not work, we have also had problems with the entrance door and we have also verified that having the door closed, you can enter the house with keys, etc...

Residence very well located, quiet and well appointed. The view from the balcony is magnificent. Small flat for the outdated furniture.
