Apartment ideally located in the city center very close and facing the ocean without noise pollution. Everything is within walking distance. For parking, it is sufficient for a golf-style vehicle or a larger 2008, it can be complicated but it was indicated in the ad. Enough space for 4 people. For the agency, the staff is very friendly and we were able to get the keys an hour earlier than expected.

The apartment is small but well equipped and with a beautiful view of the ocean. We would like to highlight the professionalism and kindness of the ladies of the Interhome team who welcomed us well and were able to quickly resolve our problems.

The balcony is shady in the morning and ideal for breakfast when the temperature is warm. Centrally but quietly located, except for early deliveries for the restaurant. In the afternoon sunny balcony including sunset. Bedroom bed very basic and 140cm wide very uncomfortable for 2 people. Pull-out coach in the living room good sleeping comfort (160 cm). Bunk bed for children in the hallway, can be separated from the living room with a clever closet door. Extensive kitchen equipment. Sometimes smelly river.

The location right on the beach overlooking the sea and the river is a dream. Shops and bars are also within easy walking distance. The balcony is sheltered from the wind and spacious. At night there is unfortunately bright lighting in front of the house. The bedroom window faces the hallway to the apartment doors, so it is difficult to sleep with the blind or window open. The kitchen and bathroom are new, the house itself is older, and the furniture is plain. Good WiFi.

The apartment has the same views that appear in the photos (magnificent), but it was completely neglected, with a great lack of reform and cleaning was also not adequate. We had a problem with the blinds and the agency immediately solved it for us. The views from the terrace were very nice, and the proximity to everything without having to take the car

I rediscovered Mimizan more than twenty years after our last stay. I am very satisfied. I'll be back.

The accommodation is very small and the bunk beds which are placed in the hallway only waste space. The many cupboards are also very cluttered with crockery and kitchen tools that must come from various heritages. The terrace is also cluttered with a large table and no longer has a solar awning. The parking lot is also too small. The positive point is the view of the esplanade and the ocean. .
