Grand Pavois Apartment 5 Mimizan, Nouvelle-Aquitaine

A very pleasant, well-designed apartment with a superb view of the ocean, breakfasts and evenings on the balcony with the magnificent sunset! You can park easily on the street or in the large free car park 50 m away. Very friendly shopkeepers and very good, affordable restaurants. This was my second stay and I will return with pleasure. The agency's hostesses are very pleasant and helpful.

Nice apartment facing the sea. Well equipped but missing a fan and a parking space. Very satisfactory stay.

Exceptional location for this apartment which is close to everything. There is everything you need inside. No wifi included. Big flat for the bar in front of the residence which is noisy with music until late at night.

A very well designed and furnished small apartment, ideally located in Mimizan Plage, with a magnificent view of the ocean and shops such as a bakery, supermarket and restaurants a few minutes walk away. I would also like to thank the hostesses of the agency for their kindness and their professionalism (small material problem at the apartment solved in the morning)

You park the car (an excellent thing) and sun, beach, restaurants, shopping, bike rides await you. The sunny evening aperitif on the terrace, in short, it's SUPER

A beautiful view of the ocean and a very well-appointed space with a children's playground, a restaurant, a space dedicated to sports and relaxation areas. On the other hand, a lot of passages and noise even at night. No parking space assigned to the accommodation, very difficult to find. The accommodation is well equipped but the bedding is to be reviewed absolutely. Stunning smells from the paper mill some days. Very beautiful region with beautiful walks and bike rides.

Beautiful exposure, very clean accommodation. And well equipped

A pretty good rental. The agency still made us wait an hour to collect the keys to the property. Very good location (ocean view, quick access to the beach / quick access to the center of Mimizan Plage) on the other hand noisy (Noise of the evenings / passages of people at late hours / maintenance of the municipality). Plan to park in the large car park 5 minutes away on foot because it is difficult to find a free space near the property.
