Côte Sud Apartment 3 Mimizan, Nouvelle-Aquitaine

We have been spending our Mimizan-Plage holidays in this property for years because we feel comfortable here. The standard is that neither WiFi nor satellite TV work at the beginning, but this is more or less quickly resolved thanks to the friendly ladies in the Interhome office.

Rental consistent with the description, there is everything you need, even a toaster! The balcony is large and you can see the ocean. The nearest beach is about 200 m away. All the rooms in the apartment are quite large. When we arrived the apartment was spotless in terms of cleanliness.

Location very good even if it is not 50 m from the beach as indicated ... clean well appointed apartment. Crockery, kitchen utensils very good. Bathroom in each room excellent. Poor parking lot, big puddle so it's not possible to have access to your car without having to get your feet wet! Not easy to park very narrow .... you have to be careful with your car if you don't want to be surprised ......! On arrival, no one accompanies us, not easy to find...

We had a great stay in this apartment which is very well located and oriented. It is also well equipped which is not always the case in vacation rentals.

Well located apartment. Fully equipped. Functional adsl TV. Clean.except • Plenty of storage. Large fridge. Practical kitchen. To be corrected or reviewed: Parking difficult to park. Leaking remote control batteries (hs) Room ventilation too strong. •: Incomplete floor washing on arrival. Had to wash on arrival. Windows do not lock (living room on the right side). Noisy XX exhaust.

The accommodation is as described... nice are the 2 bathrooms right next to the bedrooms.

Very cheap for the beginning of September, the apartment clean and well equipped. The sea view is somewhat restricted by the house in front, but whatever. Overall, the accommodation was very good for us as bodysurfers.

The FW is centrally located and yet quiet

The apartment wasn't cleaned properly, it was still sandy in the closet. The wifi is a disaster. The fridge didn't work properly either, at first it didn't work anymore. Dishwasher was very old and dirty

Also this year we found the apartment, which we had booked several times, to be in good condition, clean and well equipped. The absolute proximity to the beach and the town is almost unbeatable.
