The house is spacious and nicely furnished. The pool and the outdoor areas are also spacious and offer a pleasant level of privacy. The pool surrounds are poorly maintained and protruding screws are dangerous. The paper factory in Mimizan was always there. That would stop us from going back to this area.

Beautiful holiday home with a large pool and garden. The wooden terrace around the pool is unfortunately in dire need of renovation, lots of loose boards and screws, not suitable for children. The house is well furnished, everything you need is there. The smell of the paper factory is very unpleasant when the wind is bad, but we only had that once in 14 days with the house.

What a great holiday we had in this fantastic, clean house, it is really recommended! The house is spacious (we were a family of 4), fully equipped (a dryer is very nice for the towels, the ice cube maker in the fridge a nice extra) and the neighborhood is quiet. The pool is lovely and big, the garden is big enough to play petanque and Mimizan is a nice town where there is plenty to do. The beach is lovely. In short, we will definitely go back!

The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. We felt very comfortable for 14 days. You can have meals in several places. The place at the gas grill is also covered. A pool with stairs that is shallow at first and drops down from the middle provides cooling on hot days. The cars also have a place in the carport. We have seen a lot and recovered splendidly. 1 trip to Spain (San Sebastian) is highly recommended and of course to the big dune in Arcachon.

Beautiful well equipped home from home, fabulous pool and a good location. Short walk to Mimizan and short drive to the beach. Good local amenities, quiet location.

The house is perfect, luxurious, comfort and modernism allow you to enjoy it. The pool is very nice, but the hazel trees are too close and the leaves in the water may clog the filter. It lacks a fence with the neighbor, it is important when you have a dog. We had a very good week.
