Very pleasant, spacious and very quiet house. Beautiful sheltered terrace. The house and the kitchen are well equipped, the kitchen lacks nothing, even a second large saucepan, for a family of 5 people one is a bit tight. The climb to the parking space is not made for cars that are too low, which easily rub against the bumper or the body on the ground. The only downside is that the cleanliness could have been better (sand on the floor in the bedrooms, cobwebs)

The house is very spacious and has two very large terraces. The furnishings and cleanliness could use an update.

The house is very pleasant to live in, 200 m from the beach and the bakery, 800 m from the shops of the city center. Comfortable literary, very pleasant terrace with sea view! The only problem: 4 bedrooms upstairs with only one bathroom, the 2nd bathroom is located on the ground floor.
