Perfect location to go to the beach in front of the apartment, and the city center is 2 steps away; you can do everything on foot, the secure parking space is precious. The pier to take the boat is also opposite. The apartment is very comfortable for 2 people, the strong point being the large terrace for meals and reading

Ideal location and exceptional view. Comfortable bedding and functional kitchen. However, there are a few features that could be improved to improve comfort.

Very functional and well located apartment. Well equipped, very clean, bright, and pleasant for both of us. On the edge of the gulf and near the Thiers jetty. Private parking (an asset in Arcachon), bike storage and large balcony to enjoy late afternoons during this restrictive period. Central location, with Les Halles nearby...many prepared meal shops. And despite the curfew, we were able to enjoy our holidays pleasantly

Rental very well located and fitted out but at night it is hot inside and the windows open it is noisy (cars, young people at night on the beach partying...) Air conditioning would solve the problem.

The app. was only roughly and superficially clean. Dust and sand in bed. Mattress could not be used. Hair and dirt from previous guests. Bedding such as pillows and blankets were not cleaned and smelled... We only covered ourselves with paint. Had bought our own pillows. We didn't sleep in the bed, we slept on the sofa bed. But it was completely ok. Cutlery tray still dirty with crumbs. Otherwise great location with a fantastic view. Parking and bicycle storage room very good.
