It is a very nice apartment with few living areas. New standard, new house, beautiful architecture. With elevator 1 floor. We'd love to come back.

Blow of heart for this magnificent studio very well arranged and decorated. All comfort is present. Ideally placed next to the sea and very close to the shops, we had the luxury of not using our car for the week, which took advantage of private parking. Very calm also in a very well maintained residence. In short. .. what happiness! We will rent this property again with great pleasure in this splendid city of Arcachon where we were very well received.

Very good location, very clean and very quiet accommodation. Pleasant environment. Close to the sea. Shops very close... Closed and secure outdoor parking.

Pleasant studio decorated with taste, pleasant terrace especially out of season, close to the beach and the city center, hence the interest of leaving your car in the private parking lot of the residence. Studio equipped with a washing machine, in our case we would have appreciated a dishwasher. Very comfortable bedding, large walk-in shower very appreciable.

Perfect location and very nice apartment. You just have a particularly obnoxious co-owner. We used a liter of water from the co property to clean a stain on our car. This gentleman is eager to call you. Maybe I should pay 5ct to this gentleman to compensate him I wish you good luck with this kind of character Best regards

I had a great stay in this studio. The apartment is bright, clean and spacious. The beddings were comfortable. We were close to the center and the beach without needing a car. In the kitchen, all that was missing was a toaster, and that would have been perfect. I highly recommend!!!

Very quiet apartment not overlooked while being close to the city center. You can do everything on foot, go to the market, to restaurants, to the beach or simply stroll around as you wish.

A modern, pretty, clean and welcoming loft on a quiet screen of greenery in a pretty little well-secured residence near the sea. We felt good. The Interhome reception very well organized and attentive.
