The advertising photo is misleading, there is no sea view! Then, the smell was horrible, it smelled musty, we used a full spray of Febreze to mitigate and constant ventilation! Finally, the planned parking is under a tree and the car (new) was full of sticky sap that was difficult to clean!

Very practical apartment next to the sea and the city center. Parking space more than appreciable especially in Arcachon. A little refresh of the apartment would be the best. But value for money nothing to say.
