1) Everything is old from floor to ceiling 2) the toilets are for ladies otherwise the gentlemen have the hot water tank in their heads or sit down. 3) I have never seen that you have to remove the cover under the bathtub to turn on the water and also pass the machine wire through the doors to connect it to the toilet. Easier to have the tap installed behind the machine and the wire drilled into the wall. For the price not great
