Tucked into the heart of Paris and within walking distance of key landmarks such as the Louvre Museum and Palais Garnier, this contemporary pad is perfect for solo travellers, couples and small families alike. Granted, as a party of four, two people will draw the short straw and sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, but it’s a small price to pay for the location. And while the kitchenette may only be a match for basic cooking needs, there’s a plethora of French eateries in the surrounding streets serving up authentic cuisine.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*This apartment overlooks neighbouring homes. The views aren't the most inspiring and it lacks a little privacy.
*Parking in Paris can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
