Holiday Rental Description

This apartment can be found on a quiet street in Montparnasse. It’s slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of central Paris, but the nearest Metro station is only eight minutes away, so you can easily see the sights. There are shops, bakeries, and restaurants nearby, and you’ll have a well-equipped kitchen to cook in. The apartment is simple in style, a calm space to call home. Two living spaces mean there’s plenty of room for relaxing during the day, though both are equipped with sofa beds and serve as sleeping spaces at night.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on the sofa beds in the living spaces, which are connected by stairs and not entirely private from each other. The stairs may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
*The dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
*This is a self-check-in home.
*Your host kindly asks you to respect the quiet hours from 10pm-9am.
*Volontaires Metro station is an eight-minute walk away.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones on request.
