Firstly, this apartment has a fantastic location in the heart of Le Marais. The Musée Picasso and Place des Vosges are both a short stroll away, while countless cafés, restaurants and boutiques will be on your doorstep. Tucked away at the back of a historic building down an old stone-paved courtyard, you’ll find this three-level apartment. There’s a lived-in feel here and plenty of books, a piano and table football to keep everyone entertained. Or simply relax on the decked terrace with its views over the rooftops of Paris.

*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
*While some of the cloakrooms aren’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*Some of the single beds are sofa beds.
*Several of the bedrooms are more suited to children.
*Parking in Paris can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
