Tucked away on the top floor of a typically Parisian building, this apartment makes an elegant base during a city break. The Eiffel Tower is within walking distance, along with the cafes and boutiques of the 7th arrondissement, so we think you’ll love the location. And you’ll also appreciate the characterful rooms, where hints of vintage flair sit alongside modern comforts like a well-appointed kitchen. There’s a sofa bed too if you want to spread out, and two adjoining bedrooms which work well for families. In fact, you might feel so at home here you don’t want to leave.

*While there's a lift to the entrance here, the apartment is set over two floors, with a narrow and steep spiral staircase.
*This home isn't suitable for children under the age of ten.
*There's air conditioning in every room, however European air conditioning might not feel as cool as some American units.
*While this home can accommodate two guests on the sofa bed, the maximum occupancy is four guests. Let your host know if you'll need the sofa bed.
*The third bedroom is accessed via the second bedroom.
*The only full bathrooms here are the en-suites off two of the bedrooms. While guests staying in the third bedroom have access to a separate toilet, they’ll need to use the en-suites for showering.
*One of the en-suites only has a hand-held shower.
*The lead guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old.
*If your check-in is within 24-72 hours, then the check-in time cannot be guaranteed.
