This place is ideal for a family, especially as the third single bedroom is on a mezzanine accessed from bedroom two, so it would suit kids more than adults.

*This home is on the first floor, without an external lift, and it's spread across two stories. You'll need to be able to climb stairs.
*The third bedroom is on a mezzanine level within the second bedroom – there's a staircase up to it, and it's open to the second bedroom below.
*Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay. Light sleepers might want to pack earplugs.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
*There is no A/C. Between June - September your hosts will provide fans. Let them know if you require them outside of the summer season.
