The garden was not well maintained; the sanitary facilities were inadequate, so that one morning the bathroom was flooded. The toilet was in constant danger of overflowing; kitchen: gas tank for the stove was empty. Cutlery could be replaced. We cleaned the bathroom and kitchen. The house does not exude a feel-good factor or coziness. Fortunately, communication with the contact person on site worked well and the gardener and plumber were hired immediately and came.

An electric kettle would be welcome. A cover for the microwave would be necessary to avoid splashing. Review the support in the downstairs bathroom for the shower hose.
