The house is located in a quite zone of st philibert. The inside is a tipical family french house with large bed rooms and a beautiful living room. The garden is amazing : there is a big lawn with high trees. I suggest this house to people who like quite holidays and serenity.

The house has a certain atmosphere. Interior furnishings are collected from old times. There are too many useless things lying around the house. There is mold in many places in the cupboards and on the walls. There is a strong musty smell. This comes mainly from the old furniture. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Technically, many things are no longer up to date or do not work. Leftover food from the previous tenants is not removed.

The house is very good, it is calm, the garden is calm and planted with trees (it is not fenced). The rooms are large. The only downside, the household appliances deserve to be rejuvenated!

First the positives: the house is just as nice and quiet in the middle of a large park as described. But inside it's a disappointment: everything is old, a lot of the furniture is lying around haphazardly like in a junk room. The bedrooms are good, but the large bedroom is actually not usable. Because of the park, hardly any sun or light comes into the living room, it's cold. We still had a good stay as we were always out and about and otherwise only in the beautiful kitchen.

Superb house but average maintenance and electrical equipment. We would have liked to have a covered garage and garden furniture. The cleanliness of the kitchen and electrical switches leaves something to be desired.

The environment of this house is wonderful. It is so quiet and a lot of privacy. From this spot you are able to visit all kind of nice other spots. For hiking, biking and beach you have a lot of choices nearby. The house isn’t complete concerning relax seats in the garden and also inside. Would be much better if there are more relax chairs especially if you with more than two people. It would be easy for the owners creating a cozier Livingroom. But all other things makes you will like it.
