Apartment, very quiet, at the end of a dead end, by the sea and 30 minutes walk from the old town, and remarkably well equipped. Good bedding, pleasant decoration, efficient double glazing. Easy free parking in the dead end. The fact that the apartment is on the ground floor is not a problem at all. This allows immediate access to your car and to easily bring bikes into the courtyard. You can't see inside from the outside thanks to the reflective glazing. Excellent internet.

The apartment is great for 2 people. It gets tight for 4 people. There are hardly any cupboards for clothes. But the kitchen is huge and very well equipped, and everything in the bathroom is relatively new too. Great view of the sea from the kitchen table. Saint Malo can be easily reached on foot, so you avoid the traffic chaos. Nice restaurants nearby, all of which are recommended. We found the towel package negative. There are no kitchen towels and no shower mat.
