Well located apartment with elevator, quite spacious but in need of some renovations (kitchen seats, bedside lamps, electrical panel and general decoration)

Apartment very well located and very cool in the summer. A little noisy in the early morning with Carrefour deliveries however

Comfortable and spacious accommodation located intra muros on the 3rd floor with a very reduced elevator; sound housing (noisy elevator). Note that there is no parking in the street except for a minute stop but always busy! (difficult to load and unload!...). All car parks are paid (nearest free car park 2km away!). Very few food shops!!
