The apartment is very centrally located and is perfectly laid out, comfortable, and clean, with very well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Grocery stores, restaurants, and bus stops are all in the immediate vicinity. There's a pub in the alley in front of the house that's open until 3 a.m., so it's best to keep the windows closed. A front door key for four adults requires a lot of organization. The initial supply of bed linen and towels had to be requested by phone.

We really enjoyed our holiday apartment. Unfortunately, there is a bar down the street whose guests shout until late at night. But still 5 stars. St. Malo Intra Muros is top notch...

We spent 3 nights in the apartment. The location is perfect for enjoying the Intra Muros district and the sea. Everything was super clean and beautifully furnished, very comfortable beds! We also appreciated the great book collection and browsed through it. We'd be happy to come back, thank you!

The spacious apartment had everything for our week-long stay in St-Malo. Plus points: - the new, very well-insulated windows - washing machine with a large Stewi - location (Intra Muros is technically difficult, difficult and expensive for parking - they are always fully booked) Request concert: - it could be a little more child-friendly (e.g. games, books) - we We would have been very happy if the beds had already been made - 1 roll of toilet paper was not enough
